Wilford View is a purpose built home that has been made to suit the needs of all of our residents to help everyone feel included.

The home was recently refurbished to make the environment modern, practical and most importantly safe.

We take pride in our environment both indoors and outdoors. Our recent infection control rating was “Green”. At Wilford View we have a dedicated team to ensure that the maintenance and cleanliness of the home is a top priority.

At Wilford View we have a well maintained garden as well as decking which can be enjoyed by residents and loved ones. We have prioritised making the garden safe and functional as well as a pleasant area for our residents to spend their time if they wish to do so.

Wilford View Care Home is divided into 3 floors. 

The ground floor offers care for people who require residential long or short-term care. The first floor caters for residents with dementia. The Second floor provides rehabilitation or assessment care for people who are transferred through City Care Hub from local hospitals. Our relaxed, comforting environment has been designed to aid orientation around the home while providing an interesting and stimulating place to live, all rooms are en-suite and we have a garden for those who enjoy the outdoors.

Each floor has its own dedicated staff team. All floors have a communal lounge, dining area and kitchenette. The kitchenettes allow the residents to assist staff with making their own drinks and snacks if they wish to promote their independence.

Ground Floor:

Ground floor is  residential floor for up to 22 residents. This floor has been adapted to support those living at Wilford to enjoy their lives while staying safe.

The ground floor boasts a spacious lounge with a separate dining area as well as a cinema and a shop. The ground floor lounge has direct access to the garden if residents wish to spend time outside.

First Floor:

First floor is our dementia floor which has 36 individual rooms with private en-suites. 

First floor has a cosy lounge for residents to enjoy and interact with others, a separate dining area and a kitchenette. From the second floor lounge there are large windows which allows our residents to see for miles of Clifton and the surrounding areas. 

Second Floor:

Our Second floor is for those that have come to us from the hospital that require support before going home.

On this floor we have our own staff as well as support from the CityCare team who are on site week days to support residents
